Appoints New CFO

Utah--(BUSINESS WIRE)--ForeverGreen Worldwide
Corporation, a manufacturer and distributor of
all natural whole foods, today announced the
appointment of Paul Frampton as Chief Financial
Officer and Treasurer replacing Robert Reitz who
remains with the company as a Director and as
the Senior Vice President of Business Analysis.
This change
strengthens the company and takes advantage of
Mr. Frampton's previous accounting and auditing
experience. Paul Frampton has over fifteen years
of senior management experience, primarily
focused on the accounting field, in the direct
sales industry, including working as a tax
manager and director of international finance
for Enrich International, Inc. He also was
employed as a Certified Public Accountant for
Grant Thornton for four years. From October 2005
through June 2007, he has been employed as
ForeverGreen Worldwide's Vice President of
International Sales.
Mr. Frampton has
been primarily responsible for the creation and
expansion of our operations and sales in
Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Japan and the
European Union markets - UK, Germany, and the
Netherlands. From June 2002 to September 2005,
he was employed by Unicity International, Inc.
and served as Senior Managing Director of
Southeast Asia, General Manager of Unicity
Canada, and Vice President of the Americas and
General Manager of Canada. Mr. Frampton received
a Master of Accountancy and a Bachelor of
Sciences from Brigham Young University.
