ForeverGreen is a total lifestyle company focused on bringing our Global members and customers the best of science and nature through innovative formulations of natural whole foods and ingredients.

We believe that eating healthy and synthetic-free whole foods and beverages are the basis of health and longevity. We provide health answers, not only through exclusive nutritional whole food beverages and natural health products, but also by providing a product line of delicious whole foods that can be eaten at every meal instead of the processed and preservative-laden foods commonly found in today's society.

Many competitor companies provide capsules, powders, pills or tablets as nutritional supplements, but generally fail to provide an every-meal alternative to the processed and nutrient depleted foods found in the three main daily meals of most common consumers. We provide the every-meal answer with a variety of appetizing healthy food products that allow our Members and customers to eat healthy for every meal and snack throughout the day. In addition, we provide healthy personal care products as an alternative to the chemical and synthetic products in the marketplace that may negatively impact our health.

We remain committed to developing and providing quality products that are innovative, healthy, efficacious, simple to use and easy to sell. Our unique products, along with a distinct and fresh corporate philosophy and message of physical, emotional and spiritual health through service to community and others, attract consumers as well as Members who wish to own a home-based business selling our products and spreading our message.


Management Team
Ronald Williams - Director, President, CEO and Chairman of the Board
Mr. Williams is recognized as a leader and innovator in this industry. His career spans more than 20 years, and started in the 1980s as a distributor for NuSkin International (over $1billion annual sales) and learned the trade and business at NuSkin. He then went on to Neways International (over $800 million annual sales) from 1992 to 1997 to become its vice president of Sales and Marketing. During 1997 and 1998 he was the Senior Executive at Young Living Essential Oils and later founded Whole Living/Brain Garden in November 1998. In all, he has helped develop more than 25 countries and assisted in the success of more than 3 million distributors worldwide.

In May 2004 Mr. Williams launched his own company, ForeverGreen International, LLC. His focus on unique, fun and pleasurable products led to the development of an all natural health and wellness line. Mr. Williams is the creator and visionary behind ForeverGreen.

Brenda Huang - Director and CMO
Ms. Huang's marketing experience began while managing and growing Asian operations in Taiwan for Morinda, Inc. After her success in Taiwan, Brenda accepted an offer to facilitate growth of Morinda in Hong Kong, China. She is experienced in creating business presentations for a variety of countries and languages. She is fluent in Mandarin Chinese, Japanese, Cantonese, Taiwanese and English. For the past nine years, she has worked directly with distributors in the capacities of General Manger, Sales and Marketing Manager, Customer Service and Operations Manager.

Chris Patterson - COO and General Counsel
Mr. Patterson has worked as an attorney in the health and wellness industry for the past ten years. He previously served as counsel for Enrich, Rexall Showcase International and Unicity in international expansion, compliance, regulatory, intellectual property and corporate matters. Prior to joining ForeverGreen, he served as the President and CEO for Zija International, another nutritional network marketing company. Mr. Patterson holds a B.A. from the University of Utah in Political Science along with a Certificate in International Relations. He received his Juris Doctorate from Washburn University in Topeka, Kansas and he is a member of both the Utah and Kansas state bar associations.

Robert Reitz - Director and CFO
Mr. Reitz started in the network marketing industry in 1997 with Enrich International. He lived in and opened the Enrich Japan territory while expanding Enrich throughout Asia, Europe and the Americas. Mr. Reitz is fluent in Japanese and also worked with markets throughout the world for Morinda/Tahitian Noni International. He developed a broad understanding of network marketing in the areas of commissions, finance, accounting, payroll, reporting, IT and human resources. Mr. Reitz has an MBA from NYU Stern School.

Jerry Gray - Vice President of Operations and Product Development
Mr. Gray has worked for such companies as InShape International and Destiny WorldWide in the network marketing industry, both domestic and international. He studied nutrition at the University of Utah and his knowledge of effective nutritional and personal care formulas is used to ensure all products contain only the purest and most effective ingredients available.

Paul Frampton - Vice President of Global Sales
Mr. Frampton has more than fifteen years experience in the network marketing industry and received his Bachelors and Masters degrees in accountancy from Brigham Young University. He is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Utah and speaks fluent Spanish. He started in the network marketing industry as a public accountant at Grant Thornton where he worked directly with Utah-based network marketing firms. For the previous 11 years, he worked with Enrich/Unicity in a number of positions.

Rick Redford - Vice President of Business Development
Mr. Redford has held positions in the health and wellness and home-based business industry for more than ten years. He worked for companies such as NuVante, Enrich/Unicity and Weider Nutrition. He is experienced in developing business plans and leadership training programs. Mr. Redford studied Business Management at Brigham Young University. He also studied theater and the performing arts at the University of Utah.

Daylen Bushman - Vice President Production
Mr. Bushman has eight years of management, training, and operational experience in various industries and holds a B.A. in Communications from Brigham Young University. In his five year career with Whole Living, he has managed the warehouse, production, and purchasing. His responsibilities will be to ensure prompt and precise formulation and delivery of ForeverGreen products.

Tim Simpson - CIO and Vice President of IT
Tim has worked for a diverse group of companies, including Xango, Unicity Network, Enrich International, Direct American Marketers International, and Arthur Anderson. Beyond technology, Tim possesses excellent skills in marketing, branding, operations, and has a deep empathy for the people who make network marketing work - the Distributors. During his career, Tim has been a key factor in the opening of 19 foreign markets in North America, South America, Asia, and Europe.
Jorge E. Alvarado - Vice President of Latin American Business Development
Born in Mexico City, Jorge speaks English and Spanish fluently. In addition to his vast knowledge about the network marketing industry, Jorge has outstanding administrative and public speaking skills. With over 13 years of experience in the industry, including corporate management, Jorge has developed and sustained successful Latin American markets. In addition to extensive management and marketing experience, Jorge is passionate about international business and has participated in setting up operations in Mexico, Columbia, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, and the United States.


Product Offerings
FrequenSea(TM). Our primary nutrition, whole food, product is FrequenSea, which is a whole food beverage tonic consisting of marine phytoplankton, ionic sea minerals, frankincense and aloe vera in a blend of blueberry, cranberry and lime juice concentrates. FrequenSea is sold as a single bottle trial pack or a four bottle pack. The marine phytoplankton in FrequenSea contains over 200 different sea algae including spirolina and astaxathin that are all processed through proprietary and patent pending processes at a one-of-a-kind Sea Farm. ForeverGreen holds an exclusive license to distribute this product in the network marketing industry. The 1/2 ounce daily dose of FrequenSea provides over 66 vitamins and minerals and includes amino acids and omega 3 oils in a convenient bio-available form for easy ingestion and quick absorption.

24 Karat Chocolate(R). ForeverGreen Members and customers are among the first to finally enjoy guilt-free organic chocolate that is high in antioxidants and is processed without the fats, milk and waxes common in many chocolate products. This naturally dark chocolate comes in mint, almond and his and hers varieties as well as fondue chips with a chocolate melter for use at chocolate fondue parties. Aqueous Molecular Partitioning and Supercritical Fluid Extraction provide exclusive and proprietary processes so that the whole-plant products and combination plants become water-soluble for maximum absorption. Plant Life Concentrates are combined for a whole-plant green drink or citrus blend of the Dragon products and the Preventatives label brings our consumers over a dozen single herbs and spices from Cinnamon to the electrically high frequency found in natural roses of our Rainmaker(TM) product.
